Are you motivated and adaptable with drive and enthusiasm?  If so, Ashiana are looking for an experienced Administrator to oversee the smooth running of the Ashiana office.

Ashiana support and empower those from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) communities whose lives have been affected by violence and abuse to take control of their lives and move forward into healthy, stable and safer futures.


You will have excellent organisation, communication and general administrative skills in order to enable you to support Senior Management and front line staff to maintain delivery of a range of high quality services to BAMER women, ensure business continuity and the effective and efficient operation of the organisation.

Duties include:

  • To review, develop and implement administrative structures that facilitate the effective delivery of Ashiana operational activity.
  • To review, refine and manage monitoring databases.
  • To provide administrative support to the CEO and Management Team in their day to day work.


It is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to work on her own initiative and manage her own workload.
